A "Quantum Zeno" principle in microscopic and macroscopic structures

The substance our universe is made of, is the sum total evolutionary accumulated "educated guessing" of the cause of our perceptions. The primordial mind is plainly stupefied by the endless bombardment of waves, which appear infinitely more powerful and overwhelming than they are for us humans today. Ever so slowly, the mind gets accustomed and learns to cope, creating a sense of inner continuation and perpetualness and as a result the macrocosmic ocean consolidates into a somewhat predictable place and a congenial shelter. This has become our universal home.
Yet, this state is not at all a hallucinatory one, as the inner consistency of our world does not depend on our wakeful presence, but rests entirely within the realm of abstract it is borne from. Hence, Shrii P.R. Sarkar said, "Matter is Known I in the planes of inferences, in the macrocosmic arena". The boundless ocean it all emerges from may be called "Bhavastha".
Now in science, what we call a "quantum" means a single unit, or something which has no apparent external causes. Currently, the only "quanta" we have defined in science are elementary particles, and hence quantum physics is about the smallest particles of the physical world. These particles are outside the range of our senses and therefore outside the world of "educated guessing" which forms the mind-stuff of our perceptions. The only way we can know about the existence of such particles is by inference. It is an example of conception in the form of perception, within the range of atoms and molecules and sub-atomic particles.
As nothing in the universe can exist all by itself, everything is in a state of constant interaction. Such a state of interaction in the field of external causes is called thermodynamics. When atoms and molecules stop interacting, they lose their individual identities and turn back into abstract. In physics, this is known as a Bohr Einstein Condensate (BEC), and can be created in a laboratory. However, when interactions take place within the realm of original inferences, it is pure witnesship. Hence, at the boundary between matter and abstract, if any quantum particles or quantum systems or other forms of existence are devoid of witnesship, their continuation is in jeopardy, their lives are no longer dynamic and perpetual and thus they are bound to decay as per the natural law.
If one person doesn't attend to a personal relationship, the feeling of synergy gets lost and the continuity of the relationship is at risk. This one could say, is a "Quantum Zeno Effect" in the psychic sphere. In bio-psychology, if the spectrum of slow heart rate variations becomes internally coherent, the heart beats regularly again. In this case there is no suppression, repression or oppression of mental propensities, and this increases our cognitive power. In quantum physics, all particles, systems and sub-systems are bound to decay, except those particles which are themselves the mediators of interaction, and thus of witnesship, that is photons. From this we can learn, that quantum particles are units of synergy, and the ultimate or concentrated form of synergy is microvitum. Maintaining synergy through the support of interaction, that is, through an equilibrium with the field of interaction, within the context of a pure reflective faculty, constitutes the Quantum Zeno Effect in physics.
In P.R. Sarkar's microvita cosmology, the simultaneous creation of synergy in the universe is controlled by microvita, and this is called the "Doer-I". The reflective entity is the planes of inferences, or "Knower-I", and is controlled by the subtlest form of energy.
